Environmental Sustainability

Our organization is fully committed to environmental sustainability and the responsible management of electronic waste in accordance with the Government of Ontario’s waste reduction and diversion goals. We implement a comprehensive, multi-stage recycling and disposal strategy that emphasizes reuse, recovery, and proper handling of all materials used in the lifecycle of electronic devices.

Devices and parts are first evaluated for potential refurbishment or reuse. Working components are re-qualified and returned to stock for future redeployment where appropriate.

Non-repairable or end-of-life components are sent to an Ontario-approved, R2-certified e-waste recycling partner for environmentally responsible disposal. These partners guarantee that hazardous materials are processed in accordance with Ontario Regulation 522/20 under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act.

All packaging is segregated and recycled through local municipal programs or commercial recyclers. Pallets, crates, and reusable shipping materials are either returned to manufacturers or reused internally. Styrofoam and non-biodegradable waste are minimized and replaced with sustainable alternatives where possible.
